Qualified Experts
Our Professional Group
At Misurazione Radon S.r.L., we believe true value lies not in machines, but in the prestigious certifications and years of continuous study of our Experts. The complexity of radon risk demands highly qualified figures.
Andrea Gritti
A geologist by training, graduating in 2005 from the State University of Milan with a degree in applied geology, he has developed solid expertise in rock mechanics and numerical hydrogeological modeling, with scientific contributions published at the AIGA congress in 2009.
Entrepreneurial Experience and Institutional Roles
As a founder and co-founder of innovative companies, he has been able to anticipate the challenges of the environmental and geophysical sector:
- Geodes S.r.l.: Company operating in applied geophysics.
- Hattusas (since 2007): Professional team dedicated to geology and the environment.
- Misurazione Radon (since 2019): Leading innovative start-up in Radon risk measurement, diagnosis, and prevention services.
- Assoradon (Association of Radon Professionals): As a Founding Member, Treasurer, and member of the Board of Directors, he plays an active role in institutional coordination and the promotion of a culture of prevention at a national level.
- Scientific Coordination: He is the organizer of the IRSOIL conference, the reference event for the intercomparison of Radon measurements in soil and water, a fundamental meeting point for the scientific and professional radiation protection community.
Technical Specialization and Remediation
Guided by a multidisciplinary approach, he integrated his training with a Level II Master's in Territorial Geographic Systems and Environmental Assessments at the “Lelio Pagani” Study Center. He is a qualified expert in radon gas remediation and protection interventions, with a specialization in indoor pollution obtained in Switzerland at the SUPSI of Lugano and the Faculty of Architecture of Mendrisio.
Interests and Passions
His deep connection with the territory is also reflected in his personal life: he is a passionate lover of systematic and descriptive mineralogy of the Alps, as well as an active practitioner of winter mountaineering disciplines and MTB trails.
Certificates and Accreditations

Eng. Stefano Coria
A specialized engineer, he obtained his Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 2014, with a highly innovative thesis on optimizing portal technology for the radiometric control of metal scrap, developed in close collaboration with the company Else Nuclear S.r.l.
Experience in Radiation Protection and Research
Driven by a deep interest in natural radioactivity, since 2014 he has been operating across the board in the radioactive gas measurement sector within Mi.am S.r.l., focusing on:
- Technical Management: Coordination of the environmental radon gas measurement service using passive devices and active instrumental integration.
- Research and Innovation: Continuous development and optimization of measurement techniques and investigation protocols for radon gas detection.
- Diagnostics and Prevention: Structural consulting activities aimed at providing specialized support for direct building restoration and remediation interventions against radioactive indoor risk.
Qualified Expert - Grade III
In parallel with his professional work, from 2014 to 2018 he completed rigorous training internships in the medical-radiological field (at the Treviglio Hospital and the Maggiore Policlinico Hospital in Milan). These specializations allowed him, starting in 2019, to register in the National List of Qualified Experts in Radiation Protection (Grade III, registration no. 840), the highest professional qualification in the Italian regulatory framework.
Publications and Continuous Training
An active presence in the scientific landscape, he has participated in numerous national and international conferences, often acting as a speaker. He has co-authored several international publications in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Milan focusing on SSNTD detectors (CR-39 type). Furthermore, he consolidated his specific technical skills by gaining certification in the Radon Mitigation Course organized by the Swiss SUPSI in partnership with ERA (European Radon Association) and AARST.

Eng. Clara Raieri
Graduated in Environmental and Land Engineering from the University of Pavia in 2004, she has built a solid career focused on safety and environmental analysis. She is a registered member of the Order of Engineers of the province of Bergamo.
Occupational Health and Safety
From 2008 to 2014, she worked as a freelance consultant within an active consulting firm, specializing strictly in workplace health and safety. The strong expertise she acquired led her to assume the role of Health and Safety Manager at a prominent mining company historically rooted in the province of Bergamo starting in 2015.

Radon Monitoring and Research
Always attentive to the evolution of invisible environmental risks, since 2020 she has expanded her professional scope by specializing in the measurement of radon gas levels. Leveraging her background, she has focused her studies and measurements on subterranean dynamics and deep aquifer matrices, combining active field investigation with the analytical rigor of monitoring.
Assoradon and Dissemination
In her role as an Assoradon member, she actively promotes the culture of prevention against environmental radioactive risks. In June 2025, she actively participated in the national conference IRSOIL 2025, presenting to the scientific audience a targeted and complex study characterizing dissolved radon concentrations in water within mining work environments.
